I continue to lead a fulfilling journey of continuous learning and experiences through Customer Experience, Cloud Architecture, Agile Frameworks, Managing SaaS Development Teams, Managing Product Management Teams, and now, User Experience Design Thinking.

I have a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia, a Masters of Taxation from Georgia State University, a MicroMasters in Cloud Architecture from University of Maryland Global Campus and am about to finish my studies in User Experience Design from General Assemb.ly.

Developed each product’s key quantitative and qualitative success metrics including vision, strategic initiatives (1-2 years), roadmaps and financial 3 year forecasting.
